What we can verify
A useful build record states its game version, path, style or art, weapon, clan, skill priorities, target mode, and compromises. Without those fields, a recommendation is not reproducible.
Compare a PvE route and a PvP route separately, then retest after every balance update instead of copying a timeless best-build claim.

Test instead of copying
Use a build card to reproduce a setup in the current game, then record the result. This is more useful than an unsupported tier label because it explains when and why a build is being recommended.
