What we can verify
The official Roblox listing says mobile and console players can adjust Aim Assist sensitivity in Settings; mobile players can toggle Shift Lock from the top-right and change button size in Settings.
For every other keybind or control behaviour, use the current in-game control screen. Controls can differ by platform and can change without a published patch note.
